1 Acceptance & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between kissdiamond ("Platform", "we", "us", "company") and every individual who registers or uses the services provided ("User", "Member", "you"). By completing the registration process or accessing any part of the kissdiamond platform, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by this Agreement.

KissDiamond reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user found to have provided false information, violated the terms of use, or engaged in activity suspected to be fraudulent or related to money laundering.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's deposit page at the time of the transaction.

• Kissdiamond does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, third-party financial institutions may apply their own charges.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Program
